Gümnaasiumi Lõputunnistus (Secondary School Certificate) and Hinneteleht (Grade Report)

PLEASE NOTE:
If you have completed a post-secondary (university level) degree, you typically do not need to submit secondary school documents for evaluation, unless specifically requested by the U.S. institution, employer or licensing board requiring the evaluation report. Please see the Post-secondary Credentials Required section below.

Official sealed envelope transcripts can be sent to our postal mailing address (see “Contact” page of our website).  Secure electronic documents should be sent in a PDF format directly from a verifiable email address of the institution to Documents@OneEarthEvaluations.org. Please ask the institution to include your full name in the subject line.  Alternatively, you may submit your original credentials by postal mail or in person which we will return to you.

PLEASE NOTE:
Any document not in English must be accompanied by a complete, precise, word-for-word English translation. English translations may be done yourself or by any language translation agency or university language department.  You may submit copies of translations as they will not be returned to students.

One Earth evaluates original* or official copies** of academic documents. We will not accept photocopies, faxed, scanned or notarized copies of academic documents except when the authenticity of the credentials can be directly verified by the issuing institution, examination board or ministry.

*Original documents refer to first-issue credentials in your possession issued by the awarding institution, examination board or ministry on official letterhead and bearing original ink stamp(s) / signature(s) of the appropriate official(s). Original documents can be returned to students upon completion of the evaluation report. Original credentials must be submitted with our certification of authenticity.

**Official copies refer to credentials attested (copied/stamped) by the awarding institution, examination board or ministry and placed in a sealed envelope with a seal, stamp or signature across the seal. Official copies can be mailed to One Earth directly by the issuing body or given to you to submit to us, but the envelope must remain sealed. One Earth does not return sealed envelope documents.

One Earth does not evaluate non-academic occupational or trade qualifications.

One Earth reserves the right to contact your institution, examining board or educational authorities to verify the authenticity of your documents.  If your documents are found to be altered, fabricated or otherwise inauthentic, they will not be returned, no evaluation report will be issued, no refund given and all appropriate authorities will be notified.
