We offer two types of evaluation reports:

General Evaluation
A general evaluation offers an overview of your study with U.S. degree equivalence and GPA (grade point average) on a U.S. 4.0 scale.

This report is typically prepared for:
- Those who have completed secondary school only and will be applying for further education as a first-year student.
- Those who have completed a university degree in their home country and will be applying to a U.S. Institution as a graduate student (Master’s, Ph.D. or professional specialty).
- Those requiring an evaluation for immigration or employment purposes.

Course-by-course Evaluation
A course-by-course evaluation includes a listing of each individual course taken and the equivalent U.S. credit and grade.

This report is typically prepared for:
- Those who have completed some post-secondary (college/university) courses and will be applying for further education as a transfer student (seeking to transfer previously earned credit toward a U.S. degree)
- Those who have completed a university degree in their home country and will be applying to a U.S. institution as a graduate student (Master’s, Ph.D. or professional specialty)
- Those requiring an evaluation for teaching or CPA licensure

Processing Times & Mailing Options
The cost of evaluation service includes:
- 2 copies of the evaluation report – one to you and one to your institution or employer
- Completed within our standard turnaround time of 5 – 7 business days
- Returned to you by regular postal mail (without tracking
Optional rush service is available for additional cost:
- 3 business day rush: add $80 to the evaluation fee
- 1 (24 hour) business day rush: add $150 to the evaluation fee
Optional tracked mail service is available at additional cost:
- Domestic (U.S. address) U.S. Postal Service Certified Mail: add $15 to the evaluation fee
- Domestic (U.S. address) UPS Ground: add $25 to the evaluation fee
- International Courier (DHL or UPS Worldwide): add $60 to the evaluation fee
Evaluation reports are prepared only when all required documentation is received.
This includes an application for evaluation, full payment and all requested academic documents. Incomplete or insufficient documents will delay the process.
