• Submission of your academic credentials and contact with the issuing institution, exam board or ministry is your responsibility; One Earth cannot request academic documents on your behalf.  When requesting your credentials, you may (but are not required to) use our Request for Release of Documents form HERE.
• One Earth will not accept photocopied, scanned (PDF) or notarized copies of academic documents except when the authenticity of the credentials can be directly verified by the issuing institution, examination board or ministry through a reliable means (i.e. results portal, graduation list, verification code, etc.).  If unsure, please contact us. 
• One Earth may accept, in some cases, your original (physical) academic credentials.  We will always return originals safely to applicants. 
• Do not submit altered, fabricated or otherwise inauthentic documents.  If such are received, they will not be returned, no evaluation report will be issued, no refund given, and all appropriate authorities will be notified.
• One Earth only evaluates academic qualifications, we do not evaluate non-academic vocational qualifications intended for skills training / employment.

READ BELOW SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR COUNTRY OF EDUCATION

Relevé de notes (Grade Report) for the Baccalaurat and Baccalaurat de l’Enseignement Secondaire (Baccalaureate in Secondary Education) or General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary / Advanced Level

If current year results can be verified directly with the Board, you may upload these to our application portal.  Otherwise, you must arrange for a certified statement of results / verification of results to be emailed directly to One Earth by either Cameroon General Certificate of Education (GCE) Board or Office du Baccalauréat du Cameroun:

The verifications must be sent to One Earth by an official Board / publicly verifiable email address.  

PLEASE NOTE:
If you have completed a post-secondary (university level) degree, you typically do not need to submit secondary school documents for evaluation, unless specifically requested by the U.S. institution, employer or licensing board requiring the evaluation report. Please see the Post-secondary Credentials Required section below.

Relevé de Notes (Grade Report) / Transcript and clear, legible copy of diploma / degree

University of Buea students should request verification of your documents through the student portal here: https://ubstudent.online/credential_verification

Students who have completed a diploma through MINESUP should have verification of these credentials sent directly to One Earth from MINESUP:

Students from University of Yaounde I or II should inquire with One Earth prior to applying.  These documents will need to be directly verified, which can be time consuming, and may not be able to be evaluated. 
One Earth is not able to evaluate documents from the Ministry of National Education at this time, as this entity no longer exists and documents cannot be verified.

Any document not in English must be accompanied by a complete, precise, word-for-word English translation. English translations may be done yourself or by any language translation agency or university language department.  You may submit copies of translations as they will not be returned to students.
