Secondary Credentials Required
Official Statement of Examination Results for Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE), Primary Teachers’ Certificate, or other Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC).
If your current year results can be verified through the KNEC website (www.results.knec.ac.ke), you may upload a scan of your exam results to our application portal or email.
If your results cannot be verified online, please request a certifying statement of results or verification from KNEC to be sent directly to One Earth: www.knec.ac.ke/verification

If you have your original (physical) exam results with you in the U.S. and would like to arrange to submit the originals to our office, please contact us on documents@oneearthevaluations.org
PLEASE NOTE:
If you have completed a post-secondary (university level) degree, you typically do not need to submit secondary school documents for evaluation, unless specifically requested by the U.S. institution, employer or licensing board requiring the evaluation report. Please see the Post-secondary Credentials Required section below.
Post-secondary Credentials Required
Academic transcript / grade report and diploma / degree
Official sealed envelope transcripts can be sent to our postal mailing address (see “Contact” page of our website). Secure electronic documents should be sent in a PDF format directly from a verifiable email address of the institution to Documents@OneEarthEvaluations.org. Please ask the institution to include your full name in the subject line. Alternatively, you may submit your original credentials by postal mail or in person which we will return to you.

PLEASE NOTE:
Any document not in English must be accompanied by a complete, precise, word-for-word English translation. English translations may be done yourself or by any language translation agency or university language department. You may submit copies of translations as they will not be returned to students.
Important Information
- One Earth will not accept photocopied, scanned or notarized copies of academic documents except when the authenticity of the credentials can be directly verified by the issuing institution, examination board or ministry.
- One Earth reserves the right to contact your institution, examining board or educational authorities to verify the authenticity of your documents. If your documents are found to be altered, fabricated or otherwise inauthentic, they will not be returned, no evaluation report will be issued, no refund given and all appropriate authorities will be notified.
- One Earth does not evaluate non-academic occupational or trade qualifications.
