Certificat d’Enseignement Secondaire Suprieur / Getuigschrift van Hoger Secundair Onderwijs (Certificate of the Second Degree of Secondary Education) / Diploma van Secundair Onderqijs (Diploma of Secondary Education) (Flemish system), and academic transcript

PLEASE NOTE:
If you have completed a post-secondary (university level) degree, you typically do not need to submit secondary school documents for evaluation, unless specifically requested by the U.S. institution, employer or licensing board requiring the evaluation report. Please see the Post-secondary Credentials Required section below.

Academic credentials listing courses studied, grades and credits earned issued in Flemish or French attested by the university/hogescholen/hautes ecoles and official degree certificates (kandidaat/bachelier/bachelor; licenciaat/master), or European Diploma Supplement for completed programs of study.

Please ask your university to send your credentials to us directly by postal mail or email (contact us). Alternatively, you may submit your original credentials by postal mail or in person which we will return to you.

Flemish or French

PLEASE NOTE:
Any document not in English must be accompanied by a complete, precise, word-for-word English translation. English translations may be done yourself or by any language translation agency or university language department.  You may submit copies of translations as they will not be returned to students.

• Submission of your academic credentials and contact with the issuing institution, exam board or ministry is your responsibility; One Earth cannot request academic documents on your behalf.  When requesting your credentials, you may (but are not required to) use our Request for Release of Documents form HERE.
• One Earth will not accept photocopied, scanned (PDF) or notarized copies of academic documents except when the authenticity of the credentials can be directly verified by the issuing institution, examination board or ministry through a reliable means (i.e. results portal, graduation list, verification code, etc.).  If unsure, please contact us. 
• One Earth may accept, in some cases, your original (physical) academic credentials.  We will always return originals safely to applicants. 
• Do not submit altered, fabricated or otherwise inauthentic documents.  If such are received, they will not be returned, no evaluation report will be issued, no refund given, and all appropriate authorities will be notified.
• One Earth only evaluates academic qualifications, we do not evaluate non-academic vocational qualifications intended for skills training / employment.
